In case some customers directly walk-in to your office or if customer do not want to book in your front end booking panel, you can add appointment booking at backend using Admin or Staff login

Insert Information #
- Location – Select Location.
- Category – Select category of the service
- Service – Select service
- Staff – Select staff for the appointment
- Date – Select date for the appointment
- Time – Select time for the appointment
- Customer – you can change, add or remove the customer who will attend the appointment.
- Customer : If the customer is not in the “Select List”, you can press the “+” button to add the customer.
- Status : select the appointment booking status. Recomended : Approve
- Headcount : if the customer bring more person, you can add the total headcount here. Please that that this max headcount capacity is based on what you set in the service capacity
- If the customer is not in the “Select List”, you can press the “+” button to add the customer.
- Note – add note of the appointment (if any)
