[Template] Booking rescheduled email notification

To send email notification to customer/staff when you reschedule an appointment, you may follow this simple guide

Create New Workflow #

Login to admin dashboard > Workflow > Create New Workflow
  1. Name: This is a name for you to easily recognize
  2. When this happen : Select Booking Reschedule
  3. Do this : Select send email
  4. Then press CREATE button

Setup Filter (optional) #

This is useful if you want the email to send on particular location, service or staff. If you dont need this, then just skip this step

at WHEN > Click Edit > choose location, service, staff filter (if applicable, if not just leave it as default and set nothing)

Setup email template #

Under Workflow’s Send Email > Click Setup / Edit

You may use the template guide below and change according to your preference. Just copy and paste where neccessary

  1. To : Customer email , Staff email, admin email if you like
  2. Subject : [Reschedule] Booking #{appointment_id} : {service_name}
  3. Body : Copy and paste template below, and edit to your own preference. Below are three (3) different workflow, we think the first template is good enough, if you want to use all three, you need to create three seperate workflows.
Dear {customer_full_name}, 

Please find your booking details below as:

1.Booking ID: {appointment_id}
2.Date: {appointment_date}
3.Time: {appointment_start_time}
4.Duration: {appointment_duration}
5.Location: {location_name} , {location_google_maps_url}
6.Service: {service_name}
7.Staff: {staff_name}, {staff_phone}, {staff_email}
8.Total amount: {appointments_total_price}
9.Status: {appointment_status}

*Please forward this email to those who wants to attend the {service_name} also
Dear {customer_full_name}, 

Please find your booking details below as:

1.Booking ID: {appointment_id}
2.Date: {appointment_date}
3.Time: {appointment_start_time}
4.Duration: {appointment_duration}
5.Service: {service_name}

7.Zoom Link: {zoom_meeting_url}
8.Zoom Password: {zoom_meeting_password}

10.Status: {appointment_status}
