How to Edit A Booked Appointment

If you want to change the location, service, or add customers for an appointment, follow this simple setting.

Log in to dashboard > Appointment > … > Edit > Appointment details
  1. Location – You can change the booked appointment location by selecting other locations.
  2. Category – change the category of the service
  3. Service – Change the services
  4. Staff – change the staff for the appointment
  5. Date – change the date for the appointment
  6. Time – change the time for the appointment
  7. Customer – you can change, add or remove the customer who will attend the appointment.
    • Customer : If the customer is not in the “Select List”, you can press the “+” button to add the customer.
    • Status : change the appointment booking status. Recomended : Approve
    • Headcount : if the customer bring more person, you can add the total headcount here. Please that that this max headcount capacity is based on what you set in the service capacity
  8. Note – change the note of the appointment
