You can customize general settings about booking from here. Please Login Admin Dashboard > Setting > General Setting
- Time slot length: recommended 5m
- Set slot length as service duration: recommended disabled
- Minimum time requirement prior to booking: if set 1h, means your customers must book 1h before the starts of the appointment. Recommended: Disabled
- Limited booking days: Recommended 365
- Week starts on: Recommended: Monday
- Date format: choose your preference
- Time format: Recommended 12 hours format
- Default appointment status: the default status of a new appointment – pending, approved, rejected, or cancelled. Recommended: Approve
- Allow aminds to bookin appointments outside working hours: recommended ON
- Only registered users can book: recommended
- Remove branding: you can remove AutoAppointment branding in the booking panel.
- Time zone: Malaysia time zone is UTC + 8
