You can add staffs where customers can choose in the booking panel. To add new staffs, login to to Dashboard > Staffs > Add Staff
Full Name #
- Staff full name, or the nick name your customers can remember him/her
- You can put the staff’s role here
- Example: Barber, Front Desk, Admin, Consultant, Dentist and etc.
- Your staff’s email.
- This email will be the email to receive email notifications too.
- Your staff’s phone number
- Recommended to put a country country in front. starts with +60
Allow to log in #
- Your account is Administrator account, and there will be a seperate STAFF account for your staff to see limited item such as their own appointments, their own calenders, they can set their own holiday (OFF day) so customer cannot book them during their offday.
- If you want them to set their own time themselve, it’s advisable to let them login
- To allow them login, you need to ON this, and set a dummy password like 123456.
- Then send the login link https://app.autoappointment.io/sign-in to your staff.
- They will be able to login with the email above and password.
- If they want change the password, they can press forget password in the link #4 above, then they will receive and email to reset their password.
- Your staff’s face image for customer easier to recognize.
- Image size 800×800 in jpeg or png format.
- Tag which of the location your staff works at.
- So customer can book the staff in the front end booking panel at the particular location.
- You can tag 1, 2 or all location.
- However we recommend only tag 1 location in which the staff will always there.
- Tag which of the services your staff can do
- So customer can book the staff in the front end booking panel at the particular services.
- You can tag 1, 2 or all services.
- Write any notes for your own record.
- After done all, press SAVE STAFF
