How to connect Google Calendar

Your staffs can 2-way sync AutoAppointment calendar with Google Calendar in AutoAppointment Booking App. So your customer’s bookings will be shown as busy in Google Calendar automatically and your staff will get Google Calendar reminder in their phone also.

Each of your staff can connect his(her) Google Calendar to the AutoAppointment individually. For privacy reason, we recommend you to give your staff their staff login and then follow the simple guide below.

Note: Autoappointment can only connect staff’s account to Google Calendar. We do not have admin connect to Google Calendar thinggy.

Login Staff/admin Backend #

Login to dashboard > Staff > Edit > Google Sign In

Google Sign-in Window #

You will see this warning screen > Advance > Go to autoappointment.io (Unsafe)

The reason you will see this screen is because AutoAppointment is waiting for Google team to approve our App API integration, in which it takes around 6 weeks +-.

Then press the continue button

Select Google Calendar #

You will redirect to the AutoAppointment. Select the “Google calendar” option > click on the email you allow > Save Staff

2-way calendar sync (optional) #

If you want to sync your Google Calendar events to AutoAppointment App’s Calendar to make your life easily view all of your events, then follow the simple guide below

Login to staff/admin dashboard > Calendar > Google Calender > ON
