When you no longer need to run a workflow and want to delete it, there are 2 ways to achieve it: Delete or Disable a workflow. Please follow this simple guide.
Delete Workflow #
This will delete from your work flow module and you can’t recover it later.
Disable Workflow #
This will temporary stops the workflow from sending notification, but will still remain inside the module so you can activate it later on
